Answer:
It depends on the type of freight train nacelle you’re trying to install. For example, if you need a freight quote for a particular shipment, you can contact a freight shipping company like UPS or FedEx. They’ll be able to help you with the process and provide a free quote based on the size and weight of your cargo.
If you’re looking for tips on how to install a freight train nacelle, there are plenty of instructional videos online that can walk you through the process step-by-step. However, it’s always best to consult with a professional if you’re not familiar with the installation process. They’ll be able to help ensure that your nacelle is installed safely and properly.

slim & freight train nacelle?
I would like to put a freight train nacelle on the slim. The dealer says it won’t go on without changing the bars. I want to keep the bars. Has anyone done this and what was needed for the process? risers needed ect.
thanks in advance.

PN: 56789-05 OR 46809-09 but I’m pretty sure i went withe the -05 part. same as the stock riser/top clamp on the Heritage.
Riser diameter needs to be smaller than the stockers. I didn’t want to use the riser cover that comes with the nacelle kit so I can’t speak to how big/bulky your risers/top clamp/bars can be if you DO want to use the riser cover. In my impression on the slim, the cover is not necessary (looks).
I’m guessing the guy that said you have to switch bars is saying that cause you won’t be able to put on the top cover with the hollywood bar cause of that “support bar” above the main bar.
it helps to have someone help with the install as the nacelle is a two piece vertical clam shell and can be tricky to line up the holes without 2 more hands holding.
take pics when you’re done.
I am finishing up a FL nacelle conversion on a night train. Here is a link to my thread. PM me with questions. I had to swap my trees, fork tubes, lower sliders and buy the HD kit. I tried buying an aftermarket nacelle kit but ran into discontinued issues so had to order the more expensive HD kit.
