Hi.
I’m looking at buying a 2006 CLK & one of the spec codes is 666 SPECIAL PACKAGING,
Can any one help to explain what this means ?
Thanks
John.
Sorry John,
Just found this.
May be worth a look here http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbcodedsc.html
Bit complicated, but possible it’s the 10 hole alloys?

I’m not going to guess though, leave you to decide smile
Hi, just bought a new 2018 A200 (W176 – new model not available here in Hong Kong yet), and wondered if anyone knows how to check what the various equipment/options numbers correspond to. My car was supposed to come with:
– 668 FREIGHT PACKAGING WITH TIE-DOWN HOOKS
– 762 REMOTE CONTROL UNIT
My agent said he was surprised to discover that REMOTE CONTROL UNIT simply meant my key fob. He has not been able to confirm yet what FREIGHT PACKAGING WITH TIE-DOWN HOOKS is…
Google searches haven’t managed to shed light on this, and I just want to make sure he is not fobbing (apologies for the pun) me off on these items!
